Hi, I'm Hazel Meyer. I work with parents through every part of the postnatal journey — from feeding and sleep to recovery and just figuring out life with a newborn.
The name Breastfeeding Unlimited reflects my belief that breastfeeding doesn’t look the same for everyone, and it shouldn’t come with rigid rules or limits — just the right support for you and your baby.
I know how overwhelming it can feel when welcoming a new baby into your family so my goal is to create a safe, calm space where you can ask anything, exhale fully, and grow into parenthood with confidence
I also guide families with calm, practical strategies that help babies sleep better while keeping everyone’s well-being at the heart, and I help parents learn gentle, hands-on techniques to support their baby’s growth, comfort, and connection.
I have many years of experience supporting babies' feeding before and after tongue tie release through my work in an NHS tongue tie clinic and I am becoming increasingly "oral-function savvy" as I study more about this subject.
I'd love to be part of your journey into parenthood so please contact me today!

Hazel was great at supporting with my first few days post partum and reassuring my husband and I. She helped me to shift my mindset from worrying about multiple things to
being focused on just the most important things required on a day to day basis. She noticed that I was distressed by having a disorderly home and reassured me that it is normal for tasks to need to be set aside and helped to shape my mindset towards that.
She taught us invaluable tips and tricks to calm our baby, and her knowledge about breastfeeding helped us to get started on our journey, particularly when we had trouble
feeding the baby in the beginning Just having Hazel in to look after the baby while I needed an hour nap was also invaluable

Hazel brought expertise, support and encouragement into our lives. I will forever be grateful and cannot recommend her highly enough. I had a very tough first month and was on track for postnatal depression until I had Hazel in my corner for lactation and sleep expertise. Now I have a healthy, happy little boy and vitally I feel happy and healthy myself!

Hazel was with me through those first few weeks, helping me navigate the transition from pregnancy to the newborn stage. That first night I came back home I called her, as we were a bit overwhelmed by handling a baby. She responded immediately, and made that effort to come over so late in the night. And another time I needed immediate help, she did the same. I appreciated that. My biggest fears were regarding how to approach motherhood, concerns over forming a good attachment with the child, breastfeeding, plus impact on myself and my partner as we transitioned. Hazel's one quality is her intuitive approach to what is needed. It is relaxing. I found the conversations pretty informative too. Looking back, I realise that kind of support had made it the most relaxed I've been in my three months journey into parenthood...! A big thanks to Hazel.
