When you book a lactation consultant appointment with me, you can expect more thant answers to your breastfeeding or bottle-feeding questions—you'll find a safe space where time slows down just for you and your baby. I believe in giving you the time you deserve, whether it's your first visit or your fifth. Together, we’ll go at your pace, addressing every concern, celebrating every win, and exploring solutions tailored to you. This is your moment, and I’m here to make sure you feel supported, confident, and unhurried every step of the way. During a typical consultation, I will listen to your full clinical history, including your birth, debrief on your breastfeeding journey, and observe a feed. We can then work to improve any latch issues and formulate a plan for moving forward.
I also have extensive experience supporting babies who are struggling to feed because of a tongue restriction through my work in an NHS tongue tie clinic. I can examine the oral cavity and explore further support if we suspect a tongue tie. I also have the skills to support you to get feeding back on track after the tongue tie procedure.
My experience is that feeding journeys are often a work in progress, and my visit may not be an instant fix which is why I offer ongoing practical and emotional support for two weeks or more after my visit at no extra cost.

I understand that every family’s financial situation is unique. To make my lactation consulting services accessible to all, I offer a sliding scale fee structure on my home visits.
A sliding scale means the cost of my services is adjusted based on your income or financial circumstances. This approach allows families to receive the support they need at a rate they can afford.
If you’re concerned about affordability, I encourage you to reach out. My sliding scale is designed so families can get feeding support at a price they can afford. I also offer donation-only appointments for those on benefits or low income
I run an Infant Feeding Clinic weekly at Sprint Physiotherapy and Wellness, just off High Street Kensington, where parents can get support on a wide range of feeding issues. The benefit of receiving support in this setting is that parents have access to a wide range of professionals, including paediatric specialist physiotherapists, osteopaths, and women's health team so that all their concerns can be addressed.
