Holistic sleep coaching is a gentle, responsive approach that meets your child where they’re at. Rather than rigid routines or one-size-fits-all methods, we work together to create a sleep plan that helps your little one rest well while supporting better sleep for the whole family.
I am an Accredited OCN Level 6 Holistic Sleep Coach - this qualification is ran by Dr Lyndsey Hookway, it is the highest level qualification in the industry. I take a gentle, evidence-based approach to helping families with sleep. My focus is on safe, proven strategies that work with your baby’s natural development and that fully support breastfeeding for as long as you and your little one wish.
Cry-it-out? Not here. We use responsive, nurturing methods that respect your family’s rhythms and needs.
With a range of packages tailored to your family, I help you gradually create calmer, more restful nights .
For babies 6 months to 2 years, I set realistic expectations — because not every little one will sleep 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., and that’s okay I can work with babies under 6 months too, giving practical tips to help parents get sleep on track from the very start.

This 60 minute call is ideal if you have a specific sleep concern and are looking for gentle tweaks to your child’s current routine. It’s a relaxed space to ask questions, talk things through, and gain clarity around what might help your family right now.
If you later decide to move forward with full sleep support, 50% of the cost of this call can be put towards that package.

Two 15-Minute Check-In Calls: Scheduled at convenient times to discuss progress and address any questions.
