MINDFUL BABY AND ME

Join me for the Mindful Baby and Me Postnatal course! This six-week course is designed for new parents looking to connect with their babies and practice mindfulness together. Starting on Wed 5 June 2024 at 12:30 PM GMT, the course will take place at Laurel Road, Hampton Hill  and is most suitable for babies under six months of age. Cost includes one care-giver and their baby or babies.

During this course, you will learn techniques to enhance the bond with your baby through mindful activities and exercises. I will guide you through gentle relaxation techniques that promote calmness and well-being for both you and your little one.

By attending this course, you will have the opportunity to meet other parents, share experiences, and build a supportive community in a supportive space where you can ask your parenting questions and receive quality information to support your journey.I believe that taking care of yourself and nurturing the bond with your baby is essential during this special time.
