OFFERING GENTLE, EVIDENCE-BASED SUPPORT
during pregnancy, birth and beyond
Hi, I'm Hazel Meyer certified Lactation Consultant, Postnatal Doula, Mindfulness Coach and mum of 3.
I know how overwhelming it can feel when adjusting to welcoming a new baby into your family especially when feeding just isn't working.
I offer calm, responsive guidance to support families with feeding and caring for their babies with confidence and love.
I have many years of experience supporting babies' feeding before and after tongue tie release through my work in an NHS tongue tie clinic and I am becoming increasingly "oral-function savvy"as I study more about this subject.

Support for all ALL feeding struggles for breastfeeding parents, those who are providing breast milk, mixed feeding or formula feeding.

Have a calm, reassuring presence alongside you in the days and weeks after the birth of your child
Gentle support for exhausted parents. Evidence-based help to improve your baby's sleep, without leaving them to cry it out.

Getting ready to welcome your baby is an exciting time — but it can also feel a little overwhelming. My postnatal planning sessions are designed to give you confidence and realistic expectations before your baby arrives
